It's time for EVERYBODY to use personalised videos as a key way to sell! - W/C 17 September

I hope you and your team have had a successful week!

Thanks to all of the subscribers to this email who have given me your observations and suggestions about what you find most helpful.

Based on your feedback, from this week, I’ve made these changes:

  • The email is shorter to make it faster to read.

  • I will no longer include PowerPoint slides about topics for next week.

You hardly need me to tell you that most of us are consuming more and more videos.

In the right situation, videos communicate so much more and so much faster than written emails and proposal documents.

I’m seeing more and more people in selling roles embrace personalised video.

Through next week, we’ll review why video is so effective and how everybody in selling roles can use video at every stage of their sales process.

Every day, the theme of your Daily Sales Reset email will be shared in a short video on all of the Sales Reset social media channels.

If they haven’t subscribed already, I strongly encourage you to ask all of your team members to subscribe to my Daily Sales Reset emails.

If they subscribe, every day from Monday to Friday, your team members will receive my daily email with the following:

  • An introduction to the sales training topic for each day

  • One single thing they can practice

  • Suggestions about how they can work with you as a coach to help them make progress with the topic of the day and accelerate their progress.

On Saturdays, if they choose to open the email, they will receive a summary of the topics from the week and an invitation to reflect on how their selling skills and results improved during the week.

On Sundays, if they choose to open the email, they will see a summary of what to expect in the coming week.
